Bill C-92 Supreme Court of Canada Decision on C92 and interface with Canadian Human Rights Tribunal case on First Nations children

The Supreme Court of Canada’s recent ruling on the constitutionality of the act solidifies this legislated pathway to self-determination regarding child & family services. However, that pathway remains ill-defined.
